Good until bit of collapse in available service with the pandemic so couldn’t get service on Aircon before 12 months when flaps weren’t closing. Hope it is better now as first off it was great

A very professional outfit. Zac is hands on, highly knowledgeable and provides great customer service. They installed a ducted system with multiple zoning. Happily came back a couple of times to make a minor change and help me understand the systems full functionality, which is excellent. They may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for and I certainly wasn't disappointed. Highly recommended.

I had a very old Daikin multi system at my place with 4 inside units, that died on me after over 20 years. The Arctic team were reasonably quick to respond and even came to inspect the existing system.Zak then walked me thru the proposed solutions and worked with me to minimise additional work at my place.Once the scope of work was agreed, Zak and team project managed the installation, electrician and the paint job for me.Nathan and Luke were professionals, did their work efficiently and ensured the area was left clean every night. The final product was as I expected. I would definitely recommend Zak to anyone looking to install an AC.

Back in December 2022, Daikin HO recommended that my husband and I choose a Daikin dealership close to our home to obtain a replacement Daikin remote controller that had broken.Will answered our first phone call to Arctic Melbourne. He went beyond the call of duty trying to source a remote controller from a variety of outlets. The repaired or new remote controller would need to work with our 23 year old Daikin AC unit. Eventually, after much effort, Will very reluctantly advised us that our AC was too old to be compatible with a new remote controller. Additionally, there were no ‘old’ remote controllers available for sale as our AC unit was indeed very 'old'.In January 2023, my husband and I decided to ‘bite the bullet’ and buy a new AC. It was obvious that we would ask Arctic Melbourne to supply and install, given their excellent customer service.In mid January CEO Zac, provided his considerable expertise, explaining the advances in the equipment over the last 20 plus years. We were impressed with the speed and efficiency of Arctic’s office in providing the quotation that same day. Two weeks later, as promised, Technicians Luke and Anthony arrived to install the new equipment. They are both skilled and experienced professionals and thoroughly delightful human beings. I empolyed Arctic to completely remove our old underfloor ducted heating and in ceiling evaporative cooling and replace with a new single system so needless to say a complex project. Zak and his team measured each room and applied the technical craft to design and size the right heating and cooling load for our house. This part alone is specialised and needs to be right. Zak took the time needed to answer all of my queries before I decided to proceed. The guys turned up as planned. I even received a text to say there are running 15mins late. The work was done perfectly and respected my family members at home during works and made sure we were always happy. The end result is faultless and I highly recommend them to others.

Central Heating - Had my 40-year-old ducts replaced. Very hard job as the house is very low to the ground. Arctic Team were fabulous. The people at Arctic are great people. Not only did top quality tradesmen install a top quality air conditioner, I was the beneficiary of people who cared. To get my unit installed, I had to deal with the Body Corporate from hell. And Zac (the boss) was so patient, helpful and understanding he earned a sainthood. This is one of the finest companies I have dealt with.

The Arctic team were faultless from on the site quote and discussion of needs to replacement of our old twin units with a single unit, installation of new split systems and clean up once the job was done. Zac, Adrian & the team kept us informed of progress throughout the process and any potential issues. There were no 'surprises' and the entire replacement/install competed within 2 days on time and to requirements. I was impressed with their professionalism, work ethic and most importantly know how. We contracted Arctic Melbourne to install a couple of Daikin multi-split systems in two stages. They installed the compressors and several wall units in September prior to commencing work on our renovations, then returned in June to complete the second half of the job. Arctic were friendly, professional, punctual and responsive to any questions or issues. From the initial quote/design with Zak through to the install with Dimitri and crew, Arctic were a pleasure to deal with. Since completing the installation we have asked for advice or assistance with a few minor issues and Arctic have been knowledgeable and helpful. We would happily recommend Arctic Melbourne to friends and family and would seek to use them in future.

Our old hydronic boiler broke down on Thursday and Arctic went out of their way to instal a new one by the following Monday so we are toastie warm again 🙏 I’ve used their services previously to instal reverse cycle air con and upgrade my hydronic heating. During this tough time of isolation and distancing its tough to find quality professionals to do work for you, especially at home. The team at Arctic are an antidote to all that working to a very high professional level, using PPE to protect both them and the homeowner from all the issues we face today. Couldn’t recommend Zak highly enough. I discovered Zak after being delayed by 6 weeks by one bayside’s big hvac companies. Zak moved heaven and earth to install before Christmas a year ago to enable my build to continue and complete on time. Hydronic and VRV AC systems are rocking and his price was competitive.

When you think air con please make sure that you use a reputable and capable organisation such as Arctic. They have a great team of technicians who are friendly and cheerful, who know what they're doing, take pride in their job, turn up when they say and make sure that you're happy with their work.Arctic's knowledge and advice is first class and you can trust their judgement and suggestions to add value to your job.Arctic not only provided us with a great reverse cycle system for our unit but also bailed me out when another company, Professional Heating and Cooling, stuffed us around and left us with an incomplete and bodgie job. Arctic came in and did the whole job properly and efficiently, including rectifying the previous works, and also improving the layout of our system. We are delighted with the new system and we're well prepared for any weather conditions 👌

When I first rang the Arctic office to have someone service my air-conditioner ahead of summer, the team got back to me straight away with dates and times.I had Dimitri attend my apartment to service my air conditioner. I had Artctic install a split system aircon in my apartment, an exterior unit and two ventilation “heads” in the top storey bedrooms. The job went really well, and we are very satisfied.Things that we appreciated:Selecting the right equipment for our installation, correctly sized.Tradesmen who attend site when they say they will; no hanging around waiting for people to show up.Competitive pricing and a quick quotation.Tradesmen who clean up their mess before they leave.I would highly recommend Arctic.
