A very big THANK YOU to Zak and his team at Arctic! Our old hydronic boiler broke down on Thursday and Arctic went out of their way to instal a new one by the following Monday so we are toastie warm again 🙏 I’ve used their services previously to instal reverse cycle air con and upgrade my hydronic heating. We have been super happy with their service and easy going manner. I wouldn’t use anyone else and happily recommend them for all your heating and/or cooling needs.

The guys at Arctic Air were great. Good, competitive prices and quality equipment but most pleasing if all was their communication. We stuffed them around a little with access to the property but nothing was a problem for them and they were able to get the job done on time. Adding an air-conditioning for high-rise apartment is a tedious job. A lot of companies don't bother to offer the service. Finally Arctic Melbourne has my job done. They offer a great service, thanks very much to all members of service team.

Couldn’t recommend Zak highly enough. I discovered Zak after being delayed by 6 weeks by one bayside’s big hvac companies. Zak moved heaven and earth to install before Christmas a year ago to enable my build to continue and complete on time. Hydronic and VRV AC systems are rocking and his price was competitive

Arctic not only provided us with a great reverse cycle system for our unit but also bailed me out when another company, Professional Heating and Cooling, stuffed us around and left us with an incomplete and bodgie job. Arctic came in and did the whole job properly and efficiently, including rectifying the previous works, and also improving the layout of our system. We are delighted with the new system and we're well prepared for any weather conditions

The installation was quick and professionally completed; the team were all really lovely people and kept us informed of what was happening each step of the way.

When I first rang the Arctic office to have someone service my air-conditioner ahead of summer, the team got back to me straight away with dates and times.

Incorrectly installed two split system units. Was aggressive & unresponsive to resolving poor workmanship and amature installation. Zak should be avoided at all costs, use at own risk.
