FLOOR STANDING UNIT

The floor standing unit is an electric alternative to hydronic heating. Using state of the art technology, you can choose between the luxury radiant heating mode or traditional air blown heating and cooling. The floor standing unit features a modern design and sits low on the wall for the optimum heating experience.

R32 ducted system

Daikin is pleased to introduce the new R32 Premium Inverter and Inverter Ducted Series which will supersede the current R410A ranges.

The new Premium Inverter and Inverter ranges feature R32 refrigerant which has 66% lower ‘Global Warming Potential Factor' providing less risk of harm to the environment compared to the commonly used refrigerant R410A.

R32 refrigerant has a higher refrigeration capacity compared to R410A and delivers more efficient heating and cooling performance, therefore providing savings on energy bills.

A very professional outfit. Zac is hands on, highly knowledgeable and provides great customer service. They installed a ducted system with multiple zoning. Happily came back a couple of times to make a minor change and help me understand the systems full functionality, which is excellent. They may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for and I certainly wasn't disappointed. Highly recommended.

I had a very old Daikin multi system at my place with 4 inside units, that died on me after over 20 years. The Arctic team were reasonably quick to respond and even came to inspect the existing system.Zak then walked me thru the proposed solutions and worked with me to minimise additional work at my place.Once the scope of work was agreed, Zak and team project managed the installation, electrician and the paint job for me.Nathan and Luke were professionals, did their work efficiently and ensured the area was left clean every night. The final product was as I expected. I would definitely recommend Zak to anyone looking to install an AC.

Back in December 2022, Daikin HO recommended that my husband and I choose a Daikin dealership close to our home to obtain a replacement Daikin remote controller that had broken.Will answered our first phone call to Arctic Melbourne. He went beyond the call of duty trying to source a remote controller from a variety of outlets. The repaired or new remote controller would need to work with our 23 year old Daikin AC unit. Eventually, after much effort, Will very reluctantly advised us that our AC was too old to be compatible with a new remote controller. Additionally, there were no ‘old’ remote controllers available for sale as our AC unit was indeed very 'old'.In January 2023, my husband and I decided to ‘bite the bullet’ and buy a new AC. It was obvious that we would ask Arctic Melbourne to supply and install, given their excellent customer service.In mid January CEO Zac, provided his considerable expertise, explaining the advances in the equipment over the last 20 plus years. We were impressed with the speed and efficiency of Arctic’s office in providing the quotation that same day. Two weeks later, as promised, Technicians Luke and Anthony arrived to install the new equipment. They are both skilled and experienced professionals and thoroughly delightful human beings. I empolyed Arctic to completely remove our old underfloor ducted heating and in ceiling evaporative cooling and replace with a new single system so needless to say a complex project. Zak and his team measured each room and applied the technical craft to design and size the right heating and cooling load for our house. This part alone is specialised and needs to be right. Zak took the time needed to answer all of my queries before I decided to proceed. The guys turned up as planned. I even received a text to say there are running 15mins late. The work was done perfectly and respected my family members at home during works and made sure we were always happy. The end result is faultless and I highly recommend them to others.

We contracted Arctic Melbourne to install a couple of Daikin multi-split systems in two stages. They installed the compressors and several wall units in September prior to commencing work on our renovations, then returned in June to complete the second half of the job.
